Chairman Hebert says this is the start of his 4th term; this board has done a lot for the town. Chairman Hebert thanks Dave Hall for his professionalism, knowledge of financing, his demeanor and candor comments. This board is solid, we have accomplished a lot but we still have a lot to do. This has been a banner year for Sutton, the school project is complete, there were no pink slips or layoffs at the school, class size is smaller, we have an outstanding Resource Officer, we are seeing roll offs thanks to our exceptional Finance Team, Tim Harrison. We have a AA Stable bond rating. Chairman Hebert goes on to say TA Smith does a fantastic job with keeping open communication between himself and Dept. Heads. Some projects we will be looking at is sewer down to the school, a new Police Station (we already have the
site), updates to the existing Highway Barn as well as looking at a new library. Chairman Hebert says he is confident with this board and TA Smith for this work to continue.

Announcements/Round Table/ Correspondence/Business Topics:
- Vice Chair Maynard reads the list of items needed for the Food Pantry. Paul also mentions the support from the Sutton Fire Dept. extended to Auburn during the recent tragedy of the Police Officer killed and the Fire Chiefs demise. Sutton gave mutual aid so all could attend the services.
- Selectman Hall points out that the driveway bid was pulled last year as it came in too high., It was $75,000. more than this bid- good financial choice. Selectman Hall goes on to say the Memorial Day Parade was a great event, thankyou also to Congressman McGovern and State Rep Joe McKenna for participating. Dave, Mike and Lisa Troast attended the Unibank opening two weeks ago, it was a nice event. Dave also remarks on the recent death of Officer Tarentino and the danger that even exists in small towns.
- Selectman Limanek asks if there will be enough time to get the drive way completed. TA Smith replies that once the paperwork is signed it should only take a few weeks. Jesse and Dave went with the veterans around to the cemeteries for reading of the names on Memorial Day. It was a very humbling experience. In the future if the band cannot play instruments due to the weather, they should at least walk, it is great experience. Jesse attended the graduation, it was at Mechanics Hall, and it was fantastic. Jesse also thanks the School Committee for recognition.
- Chairman Hebert attended the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting last Thursday, it was continued.
